Bennett (age 6)
Hi, my name is Bennett. I am six years old and in the 1st grade. I live in Leesburg, Va. I like to play soccer, build legos, build houses out of cardboard boxes, and play with my family and friends. I live at home with my mom, dad, brother Jackson, and sister Tenley.
My brother Jackson is eleven and he has LGS. My favorite thing to do with my brother is to talk to him and make him laugh. Jackson can’t talk. He communicates by yelling. Sometimes other kids ask why he is yelling and I tell them that’s just him trying to tell us something. I feel important when I get to help with my special sibling. I like to help Jackson walk and help make his food.
