Ways to Give

In 2024, the LGS Foundation continued to shine a powerful light on Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS)—raising awareness and deepening understanding of what truly matters to LGS families. Through our signature campaign, Illuminate for LGS, communities across the globe united to honor and support those living with this rare and severe epilepsy.

As part of Epilepsy Awareness Month, we invited the world to take part—and the response was extraordinary.

📍 124 landmarks across 6 countries lit up in purple and green, joining our global movement to spark conversation and raise visibility for LGS.

📅 On November 1 — International LGS Awareness Day, dozens of cities showed solidarity through light and action, helping make the invisible visible.

📸 Families and supporters shared their own illuminations on social media using #LGSawareness and #IlluminateForLGS, building a powerful wave of hope and connection.

🏠 Homes lit in purple and green served as personal testaments to the strength and resilience of the LGS community, lighting neighborhoods with love, awareness, and advocacy.
