Year-round funding to accelerate Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) research.
We accept unsolicited proposals 365 days a year to support innovative basic, translational, and clinical research that advances understanding and care for LGS.
🔬Priority Research Areas
Projects must be directly relevant to LGS. We encourage proposals addressing:

LGS biomarkers that predict disease course and/or treatment response

Mortality in LGS

Medical device use in LGS
-
Disease-modifying therapies targeted to the LGS Secondary Brain Network (Archer et al., Front Neurol, 2014)

Natural history of LGS

Non-seizure issues and quality of life in LGS

Prevention, reversal, and/or stabilization of LGS

Neurodegeneration in LGS
-
Pediatric-to-adult transition of care in LGS
