Jamie Riley

North Haverhill, NH

Jamie resides in New Hampshire with her husband (Allen), three children (Jess, Andrew, and Alex), two horses, four cats, and hopefully a new puppy soon. Jamie proudly served as an LGS Family Ambassador for several years before accepting her role as part of the LGS Community Support Coordinators Team. Jamie also serves as a Legislative Advocate for the LGS Foundation.

Jamie’s son Andrew started having seizures at a very young age when he was diagnosed with infantile spasms. As Andrew aged, his seizures progressed and he was eventually diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome. Despite multiple brain surgeries and dozens of medications, Andrew’s seizures remain uncontrolled.
Andrew’s infectious laugh and loving personality inspire the family to live life to the fullest.

In their spare time, the family enjoys exploring the outdoors together on their ATV. Their son Andrew is a member of Dartmouth Men’s Hockey, where the family frequents home games. Jamie’s daughter Jess was also recently accepted at Southern Maine Community College where she is studying to be a Respiratory Therapist.

Jamie enjoys mentoring the Family Ambassador team, advocating for LGS, and empowering other families and caregivers.
