Communications Manager

Luz Arias is a bilingual communications and marketing specialist with over 12 years of experience helping organizations create compelling content and build meaningful connections with their audiences. She has worked with non-profits, small businesses, and corporations in the United States and Latin America, with expertise in communications strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and graphic design.

Luz joined the LGS Foundation in 2025, where she develops and implements communication strategies to raise awareness, support families, and advance the Foundation’s mission. She is passionate about using strategic communications to amplify the voices of the LGS community and connect families with the resources and support they need. In her free time, Luz enjoys playing piano, pickleball, and staying active.
