In-Kind Donations
You don’t need to write a check to make a meaningful difference. Donated goods and services help us stretch every dollar — so more resources reach the patients and families who need them.
What is an in-kind donation?
An in-kind donation is any non-cash gift of goods or services. Instead of donating money, you contribute the items or expertise directly. For a nonprofit organization like ours, in-kind support is especially powerful. When companies and individuals donate goods or services, we can direct more of our cash resources toward research partnerships and patient-family support programs.
What can be donated?
We welcome a wide range of in-kind contributions. Here are some of the most impactful:
The donation process
Making an in-kind donation is straightforward. Here’s what to expect from start to finish:
- Reach out to our team: Complete the in-kind donation form and email it to us. Include details about the item or service, approximate value, and your timeline.
- We review: Our team will confirm alignment with our current needs and any applicable policies. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
- Transfer the gift: Goods are delivered or shipped to our address. Services are scheduled directly with the appropriate staff member. We’ll coordinate logistics with you every step of the way.
- Receive your acknowledgment letter: Within a few weeks of receiving your donation, we’ll send a formal written acknowledgment for your tax records.

A note on tax deductibility: In-kind donations to our 501(c)(3) organization may be tax-deductible. The IRS requires donors — not the organization — to determine the fair market value of donated goods or services. We recommend consulting a tax advisor to understand how your contribution may benefit you at tax time. We provide a written acknowledgment letter to support your records.
