November 1st annually is International LGS Day, the official awareness day for Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome around the world. The LGS Foundation kicks off epilepsy awareness month every November with International LGS Day by engaging the LGS community, organizing events, and leading awareness activities on or around November 1. 

This year, in addition to our annual Illuminate for LGS campaign we will be hosting an

LGS Awareness Day Virtual Concert Benefit & Auction.

 

Join us for an evening of fun as we recognize those around the world affected by LGS. This event will be filled with musical talent, guest appearances, and inspiring family stories. A virtual auction will also take place Oct. 26th - November 1st. All proceeds will benefit the LGS Foundation's mission to improve the lives of those affected by

Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome.

What is LGS Awareness Day? 

November 1st is International Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) Awareness Day Worldwide. LGS is a rare and often debilitating form of childhood-onset epilepsy. The LGS Foundation kicks off epilepsy awareness month every November with International LGS Awareness Day by engaging the LGS community, organizing fundraising events, and leading awareness activities on or around November 1st.  

 

What is the location of this event? 

This is an online event and you do not need to travel. You can participate anywhere you have consistent internet access. This event is accessible from your desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. 

 

Who Can Participate? 

The LGSF Awareness Day Virtual Concert Benefit is open to everyone. We encourage you to invite your friends and family to help us raise awareness. 

 

How do I purchase benefit event tickets? How much do they cost? 

Benefit event tickets can be purchased HERE. In honor of our 2020 “Bright Future for LGS” campaign, the cost to attend the concert is a $20.20 Donation. All donations directly benefit the LGS Foundation’s mission to improve the lives of those affected by Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome.
